A Brynaman motorist must pay more than £800 in a fine and costs for driving a car with no insurance cover.
Daniel Jones, of Brynaman Road, Lower Brynaman, was driving a Volkswagen Golf, on Neath Abbey Road, on October 2, with no insurance policy in place.
The case against the 26-year-old was proved under the single justice procedure at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on December 8.
Jones was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 surcharge and £90 costs.
His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
