Ethel Lewis was 100 years young on December 1 .
Miss Ethel Lewis was 100 years young on December 1.
She was visited by Cllr Rob Jones Mayor of Llandeilo and Cty Cllr Edward Thomas, who both presented her with flowers .
Miss Lewis, who is known affectionately as Aunty Ethel, is living in her family home independently, with support from her nephews and nieces.
She keeps herself informed by reading newspapers, magazines and loves documentaries on TV.
Miss Lewis was a nurse and during WW2 served at Dinefwr, which was a war time hospital. She was thrilled to receive special card from HM The Queen.
