Ammanford's Act of Remembrance will take place at the Memorial Gates on Sunday, November 14 at 10.30am.
A short service will begin at 10.40am, a two minutes silence at 11am, followed by the laying of wreaths.
In view of the current Covid situation, it has been decided that there will be no march to a church service afterwards as would usually be the format.
Face coverings are recommended and social distancing if possible.
Meanwhile, volunteers are urgently needed across the Amman and Gwendraeth Valleys to support this year's Poppy Appeal.
Ammanford Royal British Legion needs support to help the charity prepare poppy boxes and distribute them in the Ammanford, Llandybie and Cross Hands areas.
The funds raised by the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal support veterans and their families.
