These five dogs from Many Tears Animal Rescue are looking for their forever home.

Are you an animal lover and think you could open up your home to adopt one?

It is important to remember that before you start the adoption process you need to make sure you can look after an animal so they do not end up back in the shelter.

Here are just five dogs who need rehoming at Many Tears Animal Rescue.

If you think you would be able to rehome one of them go to www.manytearsrescue.org/ for full contact details and to find out more.

You can also donate money to the charity to help it carry on its rescue work by visiting the same website.

Chief - a 10 year old Dutch Herder Cross with a heart of an angel and is a big softie.

Mara - a one-year-old Great Dane cross Bernese Mountain Dog. She would like to be an only dog or live with a large male.

Cream - a four-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She is a little nervous and shy but not scared and once in your arms gives the most gently kisses.

Trilby - a male cross breed, believed to be around one years old. He could be rehomed with an older dog.

Summer - an 11-year-old female cross breed. Summer is a girl to break your heart and Many Tears wants to give her the chance to spend the rest of her life in a loving home.
