Motorist admits driving without a licence
A MOTORIST has been fined for driving a car without a licence and insurance in Ammanford.
Kolyo Mihailov Rumenov of Emlyn Road, Mayhill Swansea, was driving a Ford Fiesta on Park Street, Ammanford on February 13 without a licence or insurance covering the use of the vehicle.
The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to both charges under the single justice procedure.
He was fined a total of £160 by Llanelli Magistrates, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 surcharge and his driving record was endorsed with six points.
