A TUMBLE learner driver has been handed a ban and fine for a string of motoring offences.
David Alexanda Davies of High Street, Tumble, admitted driving a Seat Arona without a valid driving licence or insurance covering the use of the vehicle on November 1, 2020, and again on February 2.
He also admitted driving a vehicle witout displaying 'L' plates and not accompanied by a qualified driver.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to the charges under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
He was fined a total of £360 for all offences, ordered to pay a £36 surcharge, £270 costs and a six month ban due to repeat offending.
