With restrictions easing, Dinefwr Ramblers, the ramblers group for East Carmarthenshire, will again be providing led walks.
The walks offer both variety and good company with a friendly group for outdoor exercise over the coming months.
The groups says non-members of the Ramblers will be welcome to try out a couple of walks.
Details can be found on the website www.dinefwrRamblers.org.uk
Also on the website are the benefits of becoming a member of the Ramblers which include receiving the Walk magazine and a discount at leading equipment retailer.
A spokesman said: "Being a member will help to support the charity’s work to improve the conditions for walking across the country and to promote walking for health and wellbeing. Local footpath problems have continued to be reported to the County Council by members of Dinefwr Ramblers during the pandemic.
"As in the past, there will be a group walking holiday arranged for members of Dinefwr Ramblers.
"While in previous years there have been holidays in a wide variety of places in both Britain and abroad, because of the restrictions on foreign travel and the overall pandemic situation the focus this year will be on having a holiday in September in a location nearer to home."
