AN AMMANFORD man who broke the first coronavirus lockdown rules has been fined.
Daniel Roberts, of Pentwyn Road, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The court heard how on April 12 the 28-year-old was caught travelling home to his address in Ammanford after staying with his girlfriend in Cardigan overnight.
Roberts was fined £402 by magistrates under the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020.
He was also ordered to pay a £41 victim services surcharge and £85 court costs.
