A CAPEL HENDRE man who failed to provide police with a breath specimen has been banned and tagged.
Anthony Rundle, of Banc-y-Ddraenen, Capel Hendre, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath sample in Ammanford on August 15.
The 55-year-old was banned from driving for 21 months and tagged with a curfew for 12 weeks when he appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 22.
Magistrates ordered Rundle to pay £95 surcharge and £85 court costs.
