AN AMMANFORD woman has been ordered to pay more than £800 for breaching coronavirus regulations.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard how Rhian Patterson, of Ffynnon Las, travelled to Kilgetty at the height of lockdown on April 8 for a non-essential reason.
The 32-year-old found the case against her proved under the single justice procedure and was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
The fine was issued under the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020.
