COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court, Abbey Road
TWO Barrow men accused of racially-aggravated harassment are due to appear at a crown court.
Craig Allan Boyle, 24, of York Street, and Benjamin Pearson, 26, of Dundee Street, appeared in the dock together at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court to deny the offence.
They are alleged to have used threatening or abusive words to cause harassment, alarm or distress to Fachin Ahmed on June 6.
They were bailed before their next appear at Preston Crown Court on July 10 for a pre-trial hearing.
