POLICE have been carrying out extra patrols on the Black Mountain in response to reports of flytipping.
Neighbourhood Policing Teams in Ammanford have joined with rural crime teams to carry out the patrols after off road vehicles were also reported on the mountain.
A spokesman for the police said: "Ammanford Neighbourhood Policing Teams conducted joint patrols with the rural crime team yesterday afternoon, following up on reports of fly tipping and off road vehicles on the Black Mountain area of Brynamman."
