A Llandovery driver has been fined for speeding
A LLANDOVERY driver caught speeding on the A476 in Gorslas, has been fined and licence endorsed.
Samuel Clark, of Orchard Street, pleaded guilty under the Single Justice Procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to driving at 38mph in a 3mph zone on November 13 last year.
The 22-year-old was fined £130, with £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
