Cross Hands police have fined a driver who was planning a trip to Carmarthenshire from Kent.
Officers stopped the motorist who was travelling to Llanybydder in a camper van.
He was fined and advised to return home.
Cross Hands Police tweeted: “One camper van stopped in Cross Hands travelling from the Kent area to Llanybydder.
“Travel restrictions are still in place in Wales.
“Fine issued and driver advised to return to home area.”
