YOUNGSTERS have been collected eggs to support Treasure Chest Breast Cancer Support in Glan Clwyd Hospital.

Second Prestatyn Brownies posed for a photograph with some of the eggs the Rainbows and Brownies had collected.

Rosemary Griffiths, assistant leader at Second Rainbows and Brownies, said: "We put out a request on the Sunday night and on the Monday, they came back with cream eggs.

"We were very pleased with the amount that came is - most of the girls from Rainbows and Brownies bought in a box of cream eggs.

"Mrs Bone, pictured in the photo, crochets hens which the cream eggs go in she was put in touch with us though our district president Babs Clark.

"Mrs Bone raises money for the charity by selling the hens."
