AN AMMANFORD man will spend 34 weeks in prison after admitting assaulting a woman in Carmarthen.
Nicholas Skinner, of Park Street, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
He admitted assaulting a woman in Carmarthen on March 5.
For the attack he was committed to 17 weeks in prison and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122.
He was also made the subject of a restraining order preventing him contacting the victim for a year.
The 41-year-old will spend 34 weeks in prison due to a number of suspended sentences being activated.
On February 3, 2019, he assaulted the same woman in Llanelli, and was handed a sentence of 10 weeks consecutive.
On the same date he destroyed her mobile phone and was handed a sentence of four weeks concurrent.
The same victim was assaulted on April 18, 2018, for which he was handed a four week sentence concurrent.
Skinner also assaulted the woman on September 1, 2018, and was handed a seven week consecutive sentence, leaving a sentence of 34 weeks to be served.
