AN YSTRADOWEN man who failed to reveal the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence has been fined £660.
Andrew Price, of Woodland Road, found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The 48-year-old was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £66 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
A charge of speeding at 36mph in a 30mph zone in a Toyota Aygo on Hendre Road, Llangennech, on October 27, 2019 was withdrawn.
