A LLANDOVERY man who failed to reveal the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence must pay more than £800 and has had his licence endorsed.
Laurence Rowden, of Clos Pluguen, found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates' Court, where he was fined £660, with £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.
The 47-year-old's licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
A charge of speeding at 50mph in a 30mph zone in a Ford Fiesta on the A483 Talardd Villas, Ffairfach, on October 11, 2019 was withdrawn.
