CARMARTHENSHIRE county council has temporarily suspended pay and display at all its town centre car parks in response to Covid-19.
A spokesperson for the council said whilst they appreciate there is a need to go out to get essentials, they continue to urge people to heed Government advice about social distancing and avoiding non-essential travel.
