A TUMBLE woman has been fined after being caught driving at 46mph in a 30mph zone.
Kelly Ann Stockwell was not present at Llanelli Magistrates' Court when her case was heard on Monday.
She was fined £68 for the speeding offence which occurred on October 12, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as costs of £85.
The 36-year-old, of Craig y Llety, was also hit with three points on her driving licence.
