A LLANDEILO man has been fined £660 for failing to identify the driver of a vehicle thought to have committed an offence.
David Owen Hughes, of Rhosmaen Street, found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates' Court.
The 60-year-old received six penalty points and must also pay £85 costs and £66 victim surcharge.
A charge of speeding at 37mph in a 30mph on the A483 Talardd Villas, Llandeilo, on September 23, was withdrawn.
