A GARNANT man will face trial at Swansea Crown Court after denying making inappropriate images of underage girls.
Timothy Butcher, of Clos David Morgan, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
He denied all nine allegations against him and will face trial at Swansea Crown Court on March 9.
Butcher, 45, denies two counts of touching an underage girl, not beleiving her to be over 16, between August 30, 2014, and August 29, 2016.
It is also alleged that between August 30, 2016, and August 5, 2018, made a Category C image of an underage girl, and also created a Category C image of an underage girl using a covert camera, both of which Butcher denies.
Between the same dates, Butcher also denies creating 146 Category C images of an underage girl.
Butcher is also accused of creating 59 Category C images of an underage girl between July 16, 2016, and August 5, 2018, as well as a Category C image using a covert camera between the same dates.
The Garnant man also denies two counts of recording another person performing an intimate act while knowing that they did not consent, once between August 30, 2016, and August 5, 2018, and a second time between July 16, 2016 and August 5, 2018.
