An Ammanford man has been ordered to pay more than £800 after failing to provide information to the police.
Anthony Spencer, of Heol Marlais, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The 31-year-old was present after being charged with failing to provide information relating to a driver of a car who it was believed had been guilty of an offence.
The incident happened on September 2.
Spencer was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and told to cover the costs of £85.
He was also hit with six points on his driving licence.
