Donate blood in Ammanford
THE Welsh Blood Service are holding a blood drive in Ammanford.
The service are asking for donors to come forward and donate blood at Christian Temple Hall, in Ammanford, on Tuesday.
You can donate blood between 10am and 1.30pm or between 3pm and 6.30pm.
Every donation could save up to three people or six premature babies.
Alternatively, you can donate in Carmarthen on January 14, between 11am and 1.30pm and 3pm and 7pm.
That service will be hosted at the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel.
