Two people held following discovery of a man's body at a house in Ammanford
Two men are being held by police following the discovery of a body at a property in Ammanford this afternoon (Saturday).
Officers have said that the body of a 30-year-old man was found at a property in Wind Street at around 12.30pm this afternoon.
Emergency services attended the property along with paramedics and air ambulance, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of assault and are currently being held in police custody.
Extra reassurance patrols will be carried out in the area by officers.
Police are appealing to anyone who has any information relating to this investigation to contact them as a matter of urgency.
