Teenager Jac Jones has been missing from Llandybie since September 5
Concerns are mounting for the well-being of a teenager who has been missing from Llandybie for almost a month.
Jac Jones, aged 16, has not been seen since September 5.
Jac is originally from Swansea, and Dyfed-Powys Police believe he still has links to the area.
He is described as slim build, with dark hair and is about 5’6” tall.
Anyone who has been in contact with Jac, or has seen him, is asked to contact police as a matter of urgency by calling 101.
