A LLANDYBIE man has been ordered to pay more than £300 after being found guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour.

John David James, of Tir y Plas, was on High Street, Llandybie, on June 26 when the incident occurred.

He originally appeared at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on July 11, where he denied behaving in a drunk and disorderly manner.

However, on Monday the 66-year-old was found guilty at trial at the Magistrates' Court.

James was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and cover the prosecution's costs of £300.

The offence was then conditionally discharged for 12 months.
