A LLANDEILO man will be sentenced next month after failing to comply with requirements as part of the Sexual Offences Act.
Dariusz Kusnierz, of Rhosmaen Street, failed to notify police of the occupants of the address he was staying at on July 26.
This breached section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act, of which he is a relevant offender.
The 34-year-old indicated a guilty plea at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
He was committed to Swansea Crown Court for sentencing on August 23.
