PLANNING permission has been granted for a new housing development in Drefach.
Councillors on Carmarthenshire County Council's planning committee approved plans for the 22-home development last week.
The plans will see 20 detached houses built on land off Bron-Yr-Ynn, Drefach.
The development will also include 2 semi-detached homes.
All properties will include internal garages, and on-plot parking will be provided.
The proposals were approved on July 4.
