A GARNANT man will stand trial in August accused of requesting nude pictures from an underage girl.
Richard Hughes, of Maes y Bedol, denied the charges put to him at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on July 4.
It is alleged that, between September 5 and November 8 last year, Hughes, 53, requested the pictures from a girl he did not reasonably believe to be 16 or over via the Kik Messenger app.
He plead not guilty last week.
Hughes will now appear at Swansea Crown Court for trial on August 5.
He was granted unconditional bail until then.
