A LLANDYBIE man has been banned from driving after being caught driving at almost double the speed limit.
Stephen Perry, 20, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
He was charged with driving at 57mph in a 30mph zone in Lampeter on April 4.
Perry, of Woodfield Road, admitted the charge and was fined £439.
He was also ordered to pay a £43 victim surcharge and cover £85 of costs.
The 20-year-old was also disqualified from driving for two weeks.
