Jonathan Edwards MP is inviting people to a face-to-face event that will give them the opportunity to find out how they can apply for a grant that will make a positive difference to their community.
Plaid Cymru's Carmarthen East and Dinefwr MP will be hosting the event at The National Botanic Gardens on Friday, July 26 between 10am and 1pm to reach out to people and help them develop their own solutions to the issues and opportunities that face them.
The session will provide information on the available grants from the National Lottery funders, share top tips on how to make applications as strong as possible, and provide opportunities for networking with other community groups in the area.
Potential applicants will be able to find out how they can apply for a grant of anywhere between £300 and £500,000 for their community across a range of programmes including National Lottery Awards for All, People and Places.
The event is a drop-in session with one-to-one chats taking place.
Anyone that is interested but not able to attend can contact the Rebeca Phillips either by telephone on (01269) 590943 or by email at rebeca.phillips@parliament.
