The Welsh Blood Service have appointments available in Ammanford next month.
The team will be at Christian Temple Hall on Tuesday, July 2 and at Tesco Ammanford on Thursday, July 11.
The Welsh Blood Service needs to collect 350 units a day to keep hospitals supplied with the lifesaving blood they need.

In particular, O Negative donors are vital as this blood group is ‘universal’ and can be used to treat any patient in an emergency.
