LOCAL organisations who had applied for financial support were presented with cheques from Llandybie Community Council at a presentation held at Llandybie RFC on Monday, March 4.
Mrs Karen Davies, chairman of the council, thanked all groups for their contribution to the local community.
Chapels, choirs, infant and toddler groups and OAP associations were in attendance on the evening and each in turn thanked the council for their support.
Grants are generally considered for organisations within the Llandybie Community Council area and information on how to apply is available on Llandybie.org.uk.
The closing date for the next round being July 31 2019.
