Three people have suffered injuries as a result of the crash on the A40, according to police.
Wales Air Ambulance, police and fire crews were called to the scene of a two-vehicle collision between Nantgaredig and Abergwili at around 12 noon on December 28.
There are no life-changing injuries and there is no threat to life.
A spokeswoman for the fire service confirmed crews from Carmarthen and Llandeilo were at the scene, responding to a call they received a 11.59am.
