The beginning of the academic school year at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman was extra special this year with the launch of the new school uniform.

The new black and gold colours were agreed upon following a consultation with all stake holders.

Mrs Nerys Nicholas, Headteacher, told The Guardian: "It is wonderful to see the pupils looking smart and taking pride in their new school uniform.

“I hope everyone will continue to wear the correct school uniform.

“They are all ambassadors for the school and I am very proud of them all.

“Thanks to everyone especially Eirllin, our stockist, for all their co-operation and hard work in ensuring everyone is kitted out for the start of the new academic year.
