SOSPPAN health campaign group held a public campaign in Tycroes Village Hall on Saturday, July 7.
The packed village hall heard from the campaign group about their thoughts on the changes to hospital and health services in Hywel Dda Health Board, this included discussions about Prince Phillip Hospital and Amman Valley Hospital.
After the meeting, Tycroes County Councillor Tina Higgins said: βIt was great to see such a turnout in Tycroes to discuss the proposals to change health services in our area.
"Our MP Nia Griffith was in attendance, along with fellow labour County Councillors Louvain Roberts, Deryk Cundy, Suzy Curry, John Prosser, and Kevin Madge.
"The public were able to air their views and discuss the future of vital local services.
"I would urge all residents in Tycroes to send in consultation responses to Hywel Dda, so their voices are heard in this process.β
Residents have until the July 12 to respond to the health board consultation.
