Ammanford Police have issued a warning urging young people not to enter the former Amman Valley Hospital maternity building.
The message follows reports of youngsters entering the site.
A spokesperson said: "We are urging young people not to enter the old maternity building in Glanaman due to it being unsafe and dangerous."
