A Llandeilo man has admitted growing cannabis - for the third time.
Mark Power, aged 36, made his first appearance at Swansea crown court following his arrest.
He attended a plea and trial preparation hearing before Judge Paul Thomas and admitted cultivating cannabis plants on August 28 last year.
The court heard Power, of Rhandir, Llansadwrn, had been convicted of an identical offence in both 1996 and 1999.
Judge Thomas adjourned the case for seven days to allow the prosecution time to decide whether his basis of plea was acceptable.
Power was granted bail until next Monday's hearing.
