There is excitement in the cwm ahead the Christmas lights switch on at Glanaman Square tomorrow.
Mayor Pauline Barker with be flicking the switch at 5pm on December 3.
This will be accompanied by carol singing with children from local school, Ysgol y Bedol, and, ladies choir, Lleisiau’r Cwm.
Immediately following this the Community Centre will be open to welcome residents and to provide entertainment for the children with a disco and a visit from Santa.
Hot dogs, mince pies, tea/coffee and mulled wine will be available for a small charge.
The centre manager and staff are looking forward to celebrating the start of the regeneration work at the Community Centre at the event.
