A coffee chain giant looks set to extend their facilities near Cross Hands and you don't have to leave your car.
A representative of Roadchef Motorways Limited has asked Carmarthenshire County Council for permission to construct a Costa Coffee drive-thru catering kiosk and associated roadways at Pont Abraham services at Junction 49 - one of the oldest motorway service stations in Wales.
It is understood that Costa Coffee will be moving into the unit and if approved, the development will create up to six jobs.
The opening times would be form 5.30am until 10pm.
Agent PPL (Northampton) Limited has submitted a range a documents and a drawing for the council's planning team, who will now consider the plans.
Costa Coffee currently has over 2,000 restaurants and over 6,000 Costa Express facilities across the UK.
