Craig Gee has seen charges of fly-tipping dropped by prosecutors
A GWENDRAETH Valley man accused of fly tipping earlier this year was cleared of the charge.
Craig Gee, of 21 Troed y Bryn, Tumble, had originally been accused of allowing controlled waste, namely a fridge, earthworks, cardboard boxes, a television and rubbish bags, to be deposited from his vehicle and onto to land by Llanelli’s crematorium on Penprys Road.
However, prosecutors withdrew the charge and Mr Gee was formally found not guilty.
