Llandeilo RFC will host its annual general meeting at the clubhouse in Cae William on Monday, July 15 July.
The meeting is due to begin at 7pm.
All players, members and supporters of the club are asked to make every effort to attend.
The club would also like to welcome anyone who is interested in becoming a member of the club committee or wishes to offer their help or support to the club in any other way.
