A quintessential character 15 ACRE SMALLHOLDING set in the most beautiful rural position with no immediate neighbours and accessed via a good track off the highway with the lovely River Bedw flowing through the pretty valley below. The Land

The Land

Amounting to some 15 acres or thereabouts all in there are two good fenced paddocks near the house amounting to around 2.5 acres of clean pastureland with a further half an acre or so in the valley bottom that has been cleared by the current owners. The remainder is a mixture of sloping scrubland and flat wooded areas in the valley bottom where the pretty River Bedw hurridly passes through together with large lawned/wooded gardens around the house and a small orchard.

The location near the river in the valley bottom, which incidentally is accessible either on foot or by quad bike along tracks, would be an absolutely beautiful place to do Glamping (subject to any consents) in the summer months as it is a superb natural environment down there.
