NOTICE OF MAKING A PUBLIC PATH AGREEMENT HIGHWAYS ACT 1980. SECTION 25 The Wrexham County Borough Council

Morlas Brook Public Path Creation Agreement 2022 The above named agreement made on 18 January 2022 under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980, has the effect of creating a public footpath maintainable at public expense, commencing from the junction of Chirk public footpath 35 at SJ 3103 3825 and continuing generally east north-east for approximately 150 metres to a footbridge crossing Morlas Brook at the county boundary at SJ 3118 3828. The footpath has a width of 2,0 metres between SJ 3103 3825 and SJ 3118 3828.

Under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 there is no right of objection to the agreement. The agreement took effect on 18 January 2022.
