Take notice that application is being made by: Organisation name IAD Company, Applicant name: Mr Jake Tilley, for planning permission to: Demolition of existing of garage block, construction of 4no. Parking spaces in place of demolished garage block. Construction of 1no. New dwelling house on unused land. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Bridgend County Borough Council, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend. CF31 4WB. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice. Signatory: Mr. Jake Tilley.
