Hilary Lewis Dyfrig, Alison, Aneurin and families wish to give thanks for all messages of sympathy received following the sad loss of Hilary. Thanks to the medical staff at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli, medical staff and district nurses at Brynteg Practice, Glanamman. Thank you to all who attended the funeral. To Dr. Rev. Brian Jones, Vicar of Cross Hands and to Wyn Bishop the funeral director for carrying out his duties with compassion and care. Also thanks to everyone who gave donations to the Paliative Care Team at Ty Bryngwyn, Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli. The amount, which was £455 has been forwarded. Diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb
