Mike Jones Pam, Nicola, Kevin and family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who offered such kindness, support and messages of sympathy following the loss of our beloved Mike. Thanks go especially to staff of Ward 9, Prince Philip Hospital and Palliative Care for the kindness and care they gave Mike during his illness. We are very grateful to Reverend John Talfryn Jones for his compassion and for commemorating Mike in such a beautiful and meaningful service. Sincere thanks to Rhodri and his team of Griffiths Bros., for their kindness, dignity and professionalism. Grateful thanks also to the bearers. Many thanks to all who attended Mike's funeral and to those that made donations in Mike's memory to Macmillan Support Group or Prince Philip Hospital League of Friends. Diolch yn fawr i chi gyd
