Open darts tournament

A forthcoming open darts tournament has been planned to take place at Upper Tumble social club, with a £1,000 prize.

Tumble country music and dance night

Would all Tumble monthly country music/dance supporters and visitors please note that due to unforeseen circumstances the hall booking for the normal monthly dance was not available and has been rescheduled for Friday, April 5 at Tumble hall from 8pm - doors open at 7pm.

Air Training Corps open day

The Air Training Corps 2227 Mid-Gwendraeth Squadron are now recruiting. Come along to an open evening tonight (Thursday, February 21) at Heol y Pentre, Ponthenri between 7pm and 9pm.

Court Henry whist drive

1:00pm Wednesday 20th February 2013

The next monthly whist drive of the current season will be held at the Reading Room, Court Henry, Dryslwyn on Saturday evening, February 23 commencing at 7.30pm.

Tumble country music event

10:00am Tuesday 19th February 2013

The monthly scheduled concert for March, takes place at Tumble hall on Friday, March 1 (St Davids' Day) and in celebration of our Patron Saint, will incorporate the serving of Cawl and Cheese, prepared and served by Mandy and her team.

Coffee and craft in Carmel hall

4:00pm Wednesday 13th February 2013

The February Coffee and Craft day will be on Friday (February 15) in Carmel Hall between 10am and 3pm.

World's Biggest Coffee Morning

10:00am Friday 21st September 2012

Penygroes will once again be hosting the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Friday, September 28 from 10.30am to 1.30pm in the Memorial hall.

Noson Lawen at Cross Hands hall

3:00pm Tuesday 18th September 2012

Live entertainment returns to lighten up the autumn evenings with a fundraising Noson Lawen in Cross Hands Hall on Saturday, October 13 starting at 7.30pm.
