Members of Llandybie Mothers Union met at the Church on March 17, for a service of Holy Communion. The sermon was about St Patrick, as it was St Patrick's Day.

After the service there was a short business meeting led by Mrs Evelyn Walters who thanked Rev Thomas for taking the service.

On March 29 Mrs Nancy Davies, Ammanford Road is celebrating her 90th birthday and Mrs Jennie Bowen is better.

On April 2 there is a Quiet Evening in Saron Church at 7pm. Three members duly volunteered to be tea hostesses next month, when we have Rev Michael Rees. Evelyn thanked everyone who helped with the Cawl Cinio last month, which was a great success. Evelyn wished Pat a happy birthday and said it was nice to see Mrs Morfudd Gravell with us.
